When will my order arrive?

Your package arrival date will depend on the shipping carrier you select and the speed of shipping you purchase. We can not guarantee a delivery date. If you purchase express shipping, it will expedite your delivery period. All shipping companies are experiencing delays, please give them an extra few days to deliver your package. Most orders will be shipped the same day or within 1-2 business days. However, as most of our garments are handmade here in the USA, some orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days.

We are shipping from Torrance, CA. We recommend for all California shipping addresses choose UPS (typically faster).

How can I tell if an item is in stock?

We try very hard to maintain reasonable stock levels of every item offered on our site. If you absolutely need to receive your order by a specific date, it is probably safest to contact us through our store's Contact Us Forum/Page, so that we can confirm the stock levels of the product(s) that you are interested in.


What size should I order?

Please, refer to the size chart. The size chart is located as a photo in the listing and as a separate informational page. Directions to measure the proper place on your body are located at the bottom of the size chart. If you are unsure of your measurements, please measure your favorite NON-STRETCH comparable garment.


Can I purchase a wholesale order?

Yes! Contact us through our store's Contact Us Forum/Page. Please provide information in the email regarding exactly what products and quantities you are interested in.


How do I know that my order is confirmed and shipped?

As soon as you place your order by clicking the "Confirm Order" button on the "Confirmation" page, you will automatically be sent an email that contains all of your pertinent order information, except for your credit card number (for security). Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number.


Does Heritage Costumes sell Ben Nye?

Yes, on a very limited bases. Contact us for more information. Please provide information in the email regarding what products and quantities you are interested in.


How do I complete a return?

Heritage Costumes DOES NOT accept returns. We accept exchanges and cancelations. We cannot make changes to your order after it has been submitted through our website. Please double-check all of your address information, products ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. For more information, please refer to our Store's Policy Page. 


What are my payment options?

HeritageCostumes.com will accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards, and PayPal. 


Why doesn't Heritage Costumes answer their phone?

Due to the pandemic, we have remained entirely online. We no longer have an active phone. If you have any questions, please contact us through our store's Contact Us Forum/Page. We may call you if we are having severe problems with your order or if we can not reach you through email.
