What size should I order?

Our sizing does not match standard manufacturer sizing. Please follow the size chart carefully.

You can find our size chart as a photo in each product listing and on our Size Chart page.

We also recommend measuring a non-stretch garment you already own and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.

How do I know if my order is confirmed and shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

How do I complete a return?

Heritage Costumes does not accept returns.

We do offer exchanges and limited cancellations under certain conditions.

Does Heritage Costumes sell Ben Nye?

Yes, but only in minimal quantities.

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or shipping addresses.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No. Heritage Costumes is an online-only business and does not have a retail storefront. All orders must be placed through our website.
