Arrived super fast (i think they sent the uniform the day i ordered it). Fits as-expected, and quality is as expected (better than a Halloween costume and a little worse than a suit coat i'd wear to work). Given the price, i'd still recommend buying this (over a cheaper costume) if you plan on keeping it for a while and wearing it again).
Thank You!
It fits well and looks good!
Amazing costume quality, and excellent customer service.
Good quality and details. My son loved it. Fast shipping, too.

On that fateful morning in April '75, when "the shot heard 'round the world" was fired, the total effective strength of the British Army - worldwide - was some 45,000 officers and men. 8,500 of them were stationed in North America. (Very few of this original force survived the eight years of war. By the end of the first year (1775) 16% of these troops were already casualties!
This force primarily consisted of infantry, a small artillery contingent and no cavalry. Six years of hard fighting later, when Lord Cornwallis surrendered his army at Yorktown, the British Army in North America numbered 2,484 artillerymen, 39,294 infantry, and 6,869 cavalrymen, plus a few thousand contracted civilians.
Time to dress the part in your British Red Coat or Lobster Back Costume.
The terms Red Coat or Lobster Back are often used to refer to a soldier of the historical British Army, because of the color of the military uniforms formerly worn by the majority of regiments. The uniform of most British soldiers from the late 17th century to the 19th century included a madder red coat or coatee.
Includes: Colonial military red coat with contrasting navy blue collar and removable shank buttons (not installed), waistcoat (vest), colonial breeches (knickers), jabot with lace trim, and lace cuffs.

What size should I order?
"Selecting the right size is crucial when ordering our garments. Please refer to the size chart provided for each individual item, as it is tailored to the specific measurements of that item. You can find the size chart as a photo in the product listing or on a separate informational page. Please follow the measurement instructions provided on the size chart.
Our garments do not follow standard modern-day sizing because they are created based on patterns from specific historical periods. The measurements we provide on the size chart represent the dimensions of the garment itself, not body measurements.
If you're unsure about your size, measure a similar, NON-STRETCH garment you already own and love. Compare its measurements to the ones on our size chart to ensure you choose the right fit."
